Yes, it’s made a difference. I went to the fitness room downstairs three times a week
in my undergrad, usually at night after classes. I’m doing at least two now in grad school, and
using the ketone on top of that. The first week I saw 2 pounds gone. Then 2 after that and 4
more the 3rd week. I’m at 10 pounds gone this week (I’ve been taking it for about 5 weeks).
