My fiancé is giving me a seriously hard time about taking it. The way I see it, its not so much that he thinks it won’t work for me as it is nothing else has worked for him. What does he expect? He works in a cubicle all day and doesn’t do much more than walk the stretch of hallway from the game room too the bedroom. For me its different. I’ve picked up a routine of walking with the dogs after work and taking the ketone alongside it. I’m down 8 pounds so far between the two.
